"Even though I walk through the darkest valley, I will fear no evil, for you are with me; your rod and your staff, they comfort me."
(Psalms 23:4)
Mental Health Support Resources
Millions of Americans are affected by mental illness each year. If you or someone you know is struggling with depression, anxiety - in its many forms, addiction - in its many forms, or other mental health issues, the Family Life Office encourages you to not go it alone. The cross of these issues is often heavy and may seem endless. But try not to despair.

Though wait times may exist, mental health professionals play a vital role in helping those of us who struggle. The Archdiocese of Santa Fe’s Therapist Referral Network includes counselors who have received training on Catholic theology, tradition, and values. This background helps them better understand and support Catholic clients in a faith-informed way. The list is updated annually.

Note: Therapists in the Network operate independently and use their professional judgment in providing care. The Archdiocese is not liable for services or interactions with providers in the Network.
